Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The service provided does not match the description or agreed terms.
The order was cancelled before dispatch.
The product is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within the allowed time frame.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective).
Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
Services already availed/consumed.
Digital/downloadable goods after successful delivery.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return/refund request is approved, we will initiate the process.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
For subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
6. Replacement & Exchange Policy
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may request a replacement or exchange.
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement will be processed only after verification and return of the original product.
7. How to Request a Refund/Return
To initiate a refund or return:
Contact our Customer Support via email or phone.
Provide your Order ID, Invoice Number, and Reason for Refund/Return.
Share relevant images/videos of the product if damaged/incorrect.
Ship the product back to us at the given return address (if applicable).
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
